Return Policy:

If it's our fault, we will replace your cover free of charge. Our goal is for you to be happy with your cover. Custom covers are non-returnable. These covers are custom made to order for your boat. We have over 60,000 boat covers, consisting of 100s of different patterns we can make in 4 materials and 35 different colors. Please double check and make sure you are buying the correct cover. Custom Boat Covers are guaranteed to fit only unmodified boats with no after-market accessories or boats with t-tops, ski/wakeboard towers or radar arches unless noted in cover description.

All other products and covers (select fit covers, general fit covers, waverunner covers, bimini tops, boat accessories) can be returned (less a 25% restocking fee) within 10 days of the delivery date.

Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging in perfect condition; plus parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included. All custom covers are designed for the standard boats from the factory. If a return is needed please contact us to get an authorization number. The seller must pay for shipping.
